Pulau Ketam
July 03 2010 - C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影 2nd trip to Pulau Ketam a.k.a. 吉丹岛. As usual we arrive at our meet up point @ 7am. After breakfast at Steven's Corner we head out to Port Klang. The traffic was smooth from KL to Port Klang, but I spoke too soon. Before reaching to Port Klang, there was a heavy jam at Pulau Indah. It took us almost 1/2 hour trap in the jam. There was an overturned contena truck. We arrived at the port around 9.15am. The old Jetty to Pulau Ketam was closed. According to the locals there it is due to the Jetty is replaced with a new Jetty nearby. We made it in time for the 1st ferry @ 9.45am.
The ferry took us around 45 minutes to reach at Pulau Ketam. I was amazed to see houses above the sea level are all still in good shape. It seems like going back into time. The place is very old fashion, a very "kampung" style. The team were very excited upon reaching the port. We were so anxious to discover what is in for us.
The place looks a bit old fashioned. The people there most of it are old folks are very kind. Upon arriving to the island you obviously can notice one thing. There is no Cars and no Motorcycles. Their transportation = Bicycle.
Around the town you can find plenty of old stuff. Stuff that is only available 20 years ago. There is a lot of temples in the island as well. Which shows that the people here are very religious. There are around 14 temples, which makes Chinese is the majority people staying there.
The Seafood there was very cheap and fresh. We ate at Kia Hong Haun Seafood restaurant nearby the market & the police station. Our 1st dish was the Fried Osyter with eggs. It was very delicious. It felt like the one I had during my old times in Muar, Johor. The clams were quite big & the price RM8 for small, RM10 for medium & RM12 for large. Of course we took the large one to fill all our team members taste buds.
We order a set menu RM170 with 1kg of crabs but we requested for an additional 1kg which cost only additional RM30 enough to fill 9 adults + 1 kid.
Next on our set menu was the “Lai Liu Ha” Mantis Shrimp Sweet Sour. The freshness of the shrimp and the taste is really good. Compare to the ones we had in KL, the ones that we have here is worth the price.
The next item came was the fish ball soup. Wow the fishball is really good.
Steam "Lala" or steam clam was our next dish. The clam was quite big and the clam meat was delicious. We ordered the clams to be steam with chilies. It tastes just nice, not too spicy.
Fried squid & Fried Prawns with butter. It looks to be normal dish that we order, but the freshness of the squid & prawns are speechless. The prawns was big & yummy. We really have to salute the chef.
Our last 3 dishes veggies, steam fish & the crabs (a must to order when you are at the "crab" island).
In short, you must try the seafood in Pulau Ketam. For a price of RM200 we spent is priceless. The freshness of seafood is really worth it. The villagers there is also very friendly.
I hope you enjoy as well the trip to Pulau Ketam. C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影 enjoyed the trip with a budget of RM75 per person the trip and the food is well worth.

The New Official Group - C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影
A new team is in town... C.I.S. a.k.a 狂影. It has been my intention to create a team with my colleagues. This team represents the craziness fun that we have in photo shooting, photo editing and traveling all over Malaysia.
The team is still new as we are saving up to buy cameras. At the moment we are using only Nikon D5000 and Lumix to satisfy our photo shooting. I foresee that our group will become bigger and our photo shooting and editing skills will improve.
Our team now is at beginning stage with 16 crazy members. We have traveled to a few places of interest and there are more to come. Catch up with us at FaceBook (but currently we are inviting friends only, we plan to put it on public once our group is stabilize). Once again thanks to all members that have joined us. Keep in view as there are more to come in C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影.

Broga Hill - C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影 first event
June 19/6/10 Saturday. It is 4.30a.m. and we have all arrived at our meet up point in Pandan Indah. Most of us are still blur (even during work days we never wake up this early). We took off to Semenyih for our first C.I.S. a.k.a. 狂影 trip to Broga Hill. We wanted to go for dim sum breakfast in Taman Connaught but it seems like we were a bit too early - all of the dim sum shop was not open yet. We direct went to Semenyih for a breakfast in a nearby mamak stall.
We reached at the Broga foot hill at around 5.30am (the sun is still sleeping). It was dark and I was wondering why are we at the palm tree estate. We noted there were cars parking along the roadside. To go to Broga Hill we have to bypass the palm estate by foot. We were not well prepared as we didn't even bring our torch lights. It is our first time mountain climbing. We were grabbing here and there to climb up the mountain. Jungle trekking up to the hill was no fun. We almost slip, almost fell and almost out of breath. But with our team support and motivation we reached to the top.
The view at the top of the hill was worthwhile. The air was so fresh (even when we are out of breath upon reaching the top). The place was crowded with people is like everyone came here for a concert or something. Nevertheless we started our mission:photo shooting. Our tiredness was no longer an issue as we were busy shooting some nice photos. Happy moments and also plenty of craziness while we were taking photos. It was an unforgettable memory. I recommend to you guys to come and enjoy the mother nature's gift to us.
Time flies while we were enjoying our craziness shooting. But I can still feel the priceless happy emotions that we received in our first team trip. Recommended to those who likes photo shooting to come this hill. The greenery of the grass and the blue sky is hard to describe and for me to put in words. You just have to come and see for your self.
Hope you enjoy.

Naruto was born the son of Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, and Kushina Uzumaki. Before his birth, they had decided to name him after the main character in Jiraiya's first book, hoping their son would be as great a ninja as the character was. This made Jiraiya Naruto's godfather. Soon after his birth, however, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked Konohagakure. To save the village, Minato engaged the Nine-Tails in mortal combat and sealed it into Naruto's body, believing his son would someday have use for it. Minato died afterwards, leaving Naruto to grow up knowing nothing of his parents. He received his mother's last name since Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, felt that it was best that nobody knew he was related to the Fourth Hokage.
Before Minato died, he asked that the villagers of Konoha view Naruto as a hero who had helped to stop the Nine-Tails. Few did as he asked, however, instead openly resenting him for containing the monster that had destroyed their home. In light of this, the Third Hokage decreed that nobody should ever speak of the Nine-Tails sealed within Naruto, hoping that their children would not resent him as they did. The children, however, followed their parents' lead, despite not knowing why. Naruto was forced to live confused over why the villagers hated him so, and strived to win their recognition. Iruka Umino would be one of the few exceptions, who was always compassionate to Naruto's plight. For this, Naruto came to view Iruka as the father-figure he never had.
During Naruto's time at the academy, he was often caught cutting class, eating and sleeping in class, or otherwise getting into trouble along with fellow 'Dead-Lasts'; Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi and Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru. Together, these five would cut class or otherwise be testing the patience of their Academy teacher, Iruka Umino. During the 'Find Tsunade' arc, when Naruto was struggling to learn the second step of training for the Rasengan, he recalled how once, during his days at the academy, he, along with Shikamaru, Kiba and Akamaru, and Choji were held back in class, and lectured about their all around lack in concentration - in Naruto's case, with his short attention span, he didn't see the point in doing his school work, citing: "If you wanna be an awesome Ninja, you gotta be strong". During the arc involving the trap master Genno from the long-gone Village of the Dragonfly, it was mentioned how Naruto, along with Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba and Akamaru would skip class together and hang out at the kunai practice course--which was situated under the academy--in order to hide from Iruka-sensei.
